Plowman's Ale

4.5 Alc. by Vol. This is a big, bold beer that is loaded with five types of hops but also backed up with a hearty grain that establishes balance and body. This deep copper coloured beer has beautiful spicy and a slight citrus hops note right from the start with a rounded malt finish accompanying the hop bitterness.

Immediately after pouring the beer, you will notice a full, rocky head form at the top of your glass that preserves all the flavour and allows the slow release of the hop focused aroma. As you drink and enjoy your beer you will notice the head take on a thick and rocky appearance as it creates some wonderful lacing down the side of your glass. All signs of a well made traditional style beer.

Rye Pale Ale (RPA)

6.6% Alc. by Vol. Rye Pale Ale is one of our most popular year-round beers. It is made of a combination of seven different floral British and pungent American hops, some which are added in a dry hopping process.  This involves adding hops directly to the fermented beer in the fermenter.  The hops are well supported by a large malt bill of five character malts with a massive portion of rye which contributes to mouth feel and Cameron’s Rye Pale Ale’s own special character.

Smashbomb Atomic IPA

6.0% Alc. by Vol. Smashbomb Atomic IPA is the happy accident resulting from Peter's cockamamie experiments with burst hopping, or the theory that casting hops at every possible stage of the brewing process will complete totality in hops flavor and aroma, yet offer a controlled and still enjoyable bitterness.

Smashbomb is an Atomic IPA, which means it's an IPA, but anything with such a blast of Citra hops has a bit of extra sumpin'. Citra is a new hybrid hop variety with a high alpha acid of 11%, and has grapefruit, lime, apricot, melon, lychee, pineapple, mango, papaya and other tropical fruit flavors and aromas. But rest assured that with this much hopping, we gave this beer a nice, strong malt backbone too with Victory, Crystal, some black and North American pale malts.

Deviator Dopplebock

7.1% Alc. by Vol. Doppelbocks are Teutonic-inspired dark lagers that feature imported German malt and were served by the Bavarian monks during times of fasting as “liquid bread.” It features imported German malt and has a deep dark amber colour. Its aroma is full of sweet toffee and caramel and its body brings out hints of coffee and freshly baked bread. The finish is deliciously complex with a full mouth feel, followed by lasting sweetness.

In Bavarian folklore, the demonic Krampus featured on the bottle accompanies St. Nicholas, warning and punishing evil-doers and deviants. Watch out for the seasonal appearance of this wickedly delicious beer!

Paranormal Imperial Pumpkin Ale

10.1% Alc. by Vol. Doused with exotic warm spices, Paranormal evokes the aromas of pumpkin pie, graham cracker crust, and the toasty aura of autumn. Pouring with an otherworldly orange glimmer, Paranormal channels the subtle blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice in the spirited body of a 10% alc./vol. beer. Brewed with roasted pumpkin and spices, Paranormal’s rich mouthfeel and a slightly hazy body emerge from a realm where substance and shadow cross.
