Rye Pale Ale (RPA)

6.6% Alc. by Vol. Rye Pale Ale is one of our most popular year-round beers. It is made of a combination of seven different floral British and pungent American hops, some which are added in a dry hopping process.  This involves adding hops directly to the fermented beer in the fermenter.  The hops are well supported by a large malt bill of five character malts with a massive portion of rye which contributes to mouth feel and Cameron’s Rye Pale Ale’s own special character.

Deviator Dopplebock

7.1% Alc. by Vol. Doppelbocks are Teutonic-inspired dark lagers that feature imported German malt and were served by the Bavarian monks during times of fasting as “liquid bread.” It features imported German malt and has a deep dark amber colour. Its aroma is full of sweet toffee and caramel and its body brings out hints of coffee and freshly baked bread. The finish is deliciously complex with a full mouth feel, followed by lasting sweetness.

In Bavarian folklore, the demonic Krampus featured on the bottle accompanies St. Nicholas, warning and punishing evil-doers and deviants. Watch out for the seasonal appearance of this wickedly delicious beer!
