Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale
6.0% Alc. by Vol. Heeding a chorus of voices crying for a dark roasty thing with lots of west coast hops and a higher ABV, we summoned Netherworld from the chaotic flipside of the brewhouse where hybrid is the norm and nothing is ordinary. Hovering just this side of evil, in the right hands, our «Cascadian Dark Ale» is bizarrely nice with its own entrancing mojo. However, watch out for those who refuse to see the darkness.
The Matador
10.1% Alc. by Vol. El Toro Bravo is an imperial strength Dark Rye Ale aged on a bed of Spanish Cedar. Peppery brown with dark, oxblood lights, this stout-hearted ale breeds sweet, toffee malts & crisp, drying rye with the wood and spicy notes of the cedar. El Toro Bravo can be enjoyed fresh or cellared for up to 2 years.
Genius of Suburbia Ale
3.8% Alc. by Vol. Pale lemon with good foam; distinct aromas of citrus, peach, floral and hops; dry and crisp with refreshing flavours of citrus, hops, malt and floral notes that lead to a slightly bitter finish.
Highballer Pumpkin Ale
5.2% Alc. by Vol. Appearance: Orange colour, of course! with a white frothy cream topping Aroma: Think pumpkin pie, with contributions from cinnamon, all-spice, nutmeg, cloves and vanilla Flavour: Subtle pumpkin and spice flavour balanced by a pale ale malt profile and hop contributions from amarillo and liberty hops
Plowman's Ale
4.5 Alc. by Vol. This is a big, bold beer that is loaded with five types of hops but also backed up with a hearty grain that establishes balance and body. This deep copper coloured beer has beautiful spicy and a slight citrus hops note right from the start with a rounded malt finish accompanying the hop bitterness.
Immediately after pouring the beer, you will notice a full, rocky head form at the top of your glass that preserves all the flavour and allows the slow release of the hop focused aroma. As you drink and enjoy your beer you will notice the head take on a thick and rocky appearance as it creates some wonderful lacing down the side of your glass. All signs of a well made traditional style beer.
