7.6% Alc. by Vol. Simultaneously brewed (and also to be Released) by Phillips Brewing, Garrison Brewing and Trou du Diable. Coast to Coastless is an Imperial ESB, brewed with Pale Ale, Kiln Amber (similar to Biscuit) and Crystal malts, UK hops Bramling Cross, Challenger and Admiral to 50 IBUs
Acadian Groove
10.0% Alc. by Vol. Big aroma of maple. Sweet roasted malts, vanilla tones finishes with sweet maple syrup.
SuperCollider Double IPA
10.1% Alc. by Vol. SuperCollider Double IPA is the antimatter to uninspired IPAs. Meddling with the limits of regular Ontario IPAs, the Flying Monkeys brewed a double that blows a black hole in the taste buds of our IPA lovers.
Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale
6.0% Alc. by Vol. Heeding a chorus of voices crying for a dark roasty thing with lots of west coast hops and a higher ABV, we summoned Netherworld from the chaotic flipside of the brewhouse where hybrid is the norm and nothing is ordinary. Hovering just this side of evil, in the right hands, our «Cascadian Dark Ale» is bizarrely nice with its own entrancing mojo. However, watch out for those who refuse to see the darkness.
The Matador
10.1% Alc. by Vol. El Toro Bravo is an imperial strength Dark Rye Ale aged on a bed of Spanish Cedar. Peppery brown with dark, oxblood lights, this stout-hearted ale breeds sweet, toffee malts & crisp, drying rye with the wood and spicy notes of the cedar. El Toro Bravo can be enjoyed fresh or cellared for up to 2 years.
Genius of Suburbia Ale
3.8% Alc. by Vol. Pale lemon with good foam; distinct aromas of citrus, peach, floral and hops; dry and crisp with refreshing flavours of citrus, hops, malt and floral notes that lead to a slightly bitter finish.
The Manifesto Triple Chocolate Milk Stout
10% Alc. by Vol. Are three kinds of chocolate overkill in this sweet stout? Heck no. Not with 10% abv cupping all that rich cacao in it’s beautiful warmth. The magic number is 3. Lactose sweetness gives The Manifesto the heavenly body of a Milk Stout and the indulgence we crave in chocolate. The Chocolate Manifesto creates one of those rare “exbeeriences” of decadence and transcendence.
Smashbomb Atomic IPA
6.0% Alc. by Vol. Smashbomb Atomic IPA is the happy accident resulting from Peter's cockamamie experiments with burst hopping, or the theory that casting hops at every possible stage of the brewing process will complete totality in hops flavor and aroma, yet offer a controlled and still enjoyable bitterness.
Smashbomb is an Atomic IPA, which means it's an IPA, but anything with such a blast of Citra hops has a bit of extra sumpin'. Citra is a new hybrid hop variety with a high alpha acid of 11%, and has grapefruit, lime, apricot, melon, lychee, pineapple, mango, papaya and other tropical fruit flavors and aromas. But rest assured that with this much hopping, we gave this beer a nice, strong malt backbone too with Victory, Crystal, some black and North American pale malts.
Paranormal Imperial Pumpkin Ale
10.1% Alc. by Vol. Doused with exotic warm spices, Paranormal evokes the aromas of pumpkin pie, graham cracker crust, and the toasty aura of autumn. Pouring with an otherworldly orange glimmer, Paranormal channels the subtle blend of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice in the spirited body of a 10% alc./vol. beer. Brewed with roasted pumpkin and spices, Paranormal’s rich mouthfeel and a slightly hazy body emerge from a realm where substance and shadow cross.
