Waterloo Amber

5.5% Alc. by Vol. Waterloo Amber is brewed with hops from the renown Hallertau region in Bavaria. This region is known for continuously culturing their hops since the 8th century AD and is one of the oldest hop growing regions in the world. Brewed with all natural spring water and a special blend of five distinct malts – Canada two row malted barley, two types of roasted malt, rye malt and a special distiller’s malt giving this amber its perfect whiskey color. We age this beer slowly with northern white oak, delivering the same subtle caramel notes and spicy aromas that are often found in many fine whiskeys allowing this premium brew to remain perfectly balanced from beginning to end.

Netherworld Cascadian Dark Ale

6.0% Alc. by Vol. Heeding a chorus of voices crying for a dark roasty thing with lots of west coast hops and a higher ABV, we summoned Netherworld from the chaotic flipside of the brewhouse where hybrid is the norm and nothing is ordinary. Hovering just this side of evil, in the right hands, our «Cascadian Dark Ale» is bizarrely nice with its own entrancing mojo. However, watch out for those who refuse to see the darkness.

The Manifesto Triple Chocolate Milk Stout

10% Alc. by Vol. Are three kinds of chocolate overkill in this sweet stout? Heck no. Not with 10% abv cupping all that rich cacao in it’s beautiful warmth. The magic number is 3. The Chocolate Manifesto creates one of those rare “exbeeriences” of decadence and transcendence.

Russian Gun Imperial Stout

8.5% Alc. by Vol. The Russian gun (or Gun as we call it) is named after theQueens square cannon that sits downtown Galt, Cambridge. The cannon was awarded to the town of Galt for its support of the English troops during the Crimean war which ended in 1856.

That year to celebrate the victory during Victoria day the Cannon was fired at noon. The men firing the cannon successfully fired three shots however during the forth the powder prematurely exploding killing both men charring their upper bodies beyond human recognition and dismembering the arms and hands of both men; two children were lightly scratched.

We have crafted the Russian gun to commemorate this local tragedy taking the recipe from an old English recipe dating back to the early colonial times.
